When looking to have a new system put in, we will have our salesman come and evaluate the property to give you a general idea of what a typical system can look like for your layout. However, if there are certain areas you want more or less water to, we can absolutely cater to those needs. First we will check the water pressure at your property to get a general idea of how many sprinkler heads can be placed on each zone, to make sure you will have the proper coverage and pressure to cover that given area. Then we will need to take a look at the plumbing, to see where we will need to put your R.P.Z. (which prevents water from coming back into the house). This R.P.Z. will need to be inspected and certified every year once installed. Once they have completed inspecting these areas, our salesman will work hand and hand with you to come out with a layout that works perfectly with your space. When you have agreed upon a layout and plan, we will discuss different customization options for your system, such as a WI-FI controller to control your system from anywhere in the world. Finally once all of the details have been squared away, we will have out experienced installation team come and put in your brand new system. When they have completed, they will walk through the system with you and give you an insight on how often to water, and for how long to water certain different areas, so you will have all the knowledge you need to help make your yard look picture perfect.
Here at Master's we install systems that are designed to prevent most damages and also to make life easier on the customer. For example, we install what is called a "master valve". This is a valve placed directly after your R.P.Z. where the water comes out of your house. The advantages of having a master valve, is that no water will be released past this master valve unless the controller is in an active cycle. Meaning you will not have a live mainline full of water at all times. So if there is damage to the system, It will not constantly be leaking, but will only leak when the controller is in an active cycle. Thus minimizing any wasted water that might be from a potential leak in the system. We also install drains placed strategically at the low points of your system. We do this to make the winterization process very simple, so that you will not need a compressor to blow out the water from the lines. and our technicians can even show you how to do so yourself, when your system is ready to be winterized.
